About our lavishly talented acts:

Steve is a brilliant stand-up comedian, a ridiculously effective TV and radio host, and a poignant, published writer.

He's also busy as hell.

Between live standup comedy bookings, his Debaters Live On Tour theatre show, his twice weekly CBC Radio show The Debaters and a plethora of media commitments including his own idea The Smartass-ociates, Steve still has time to write. But thankfully he does squeeze it in and what has come out so far is The Book of Letters I Didn't Know Where To Send, several articles published in several publications and his uncensored online pieces which may renew your hope in reading online pieces.

He's performed his comedy all across North America and all around the world in places like Australia, Ireland, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates. Wherever he performs his fierce Canadian pride shines through. Which is why Steve has taped national television specials each year since 2002 including numerous Just For Laughs galas, Halifax and Winnipeg comedy festivals and also brought funny to the world of film critiquing as host and moderator of Short Film Faceoff which awards cash and national recognition to emerging Canadian filmmakers. Oh yeah, he also hosted the national broadcast of Canada's largest literary awards, The Giller Prize, in 2016.

Through all of this, the testimonial Steve is most proud of came from his comedy idol, Steve Martin, who hosted a Just For Laughs gala that Patterson performed on and said, after Steve's particularly powerful set "If I'd known he was going to be THAT good, I would have cancelled him."

Anna Gustafson was born & raised in the tiny fishing village of Lund BC, population around 200 if you're not counting hippies. She now lives in the city of Toronto where the population is roughly 22,000 times that of Lund and where she now is the hippie.

A born storyteller, Anna has spent her life exploring different creative outlets to tell them. CBC's Comics found her as a young comic and now by industry standards she is an old comic. Almost two decades in stand-up comedy has enabled her to broaden her reach, explore the landscape and find what is now becoming her life's work. Anna has become a fixture in the Canadian comedy community, co-founded a women's comedy festival in Toronto, is the Associate Producer of YYComedy Festival in Calgary and the Comedian in Residence at Gilda's Club Toronto, is an accomplished writer and speaker as well as a charitable cycling advocate with a side of indoor cycling instructor. Not a napper.

Is a reunion of Calgary's best improv comedians, many of whom now reside in Toronto. The troupe formed when current Calgarian, and acclaimed "Kinkonaut's" improviser Owen Chan told Anne he was gonna be in town. Owen will be so ecstatic to perform with his old buddies again he will leave his wife, dog and entire life in Calgary behind and move to Toronto. Guaranteed.
Featuring Owen Chan, Ryan Sheedy, Ryan Hildebrant, Andrea Marston, Clare McConnell & Anne McMaster.

It's a surprise.

As always hosted by the comedy couple that is not a couple which if you know the comedy business, is almost statistically impossible, ANNE MCMASTER (Not Oasis, Clue Live!, Comedy Against Humanity) and SCOTT FAULCONBRIDGE (Just For Laugh's, NBC's "Last Comic Standing", CBC's "The Debaters")
