ABOUT RENDEZVOUS WITH MADNESS FESTIVAL
The Rendezvous with Madness Festival (RWM) is the first and largest mental health festival in the world. The festival presents local, national and international work exploring themes of mental health and addiction issues.
RWM is a multidisciplinary event that includes visual art, performance, music, theatre and dance in addition to its core emphasis on media arts, panel discussions and in-conversation events.
We are thrilled to announce the full programming line-up for the 27th annual Rendezvous With Madness Festival. Opening on World Mental Health Day, the Festival runs October 10 ? 20, 2019 and showcases 14 feature films from around the globe, 4 live performance pieces, a visual and media arts exhibition, and the addition of a new event, Laughter vs. The Universe ? a one night only comedy showcase designed to remind us that sometimes laughter truly is the best medicine.
ABOUT THE VENUE
Comedy Bar is a basement venue with 16 steps to the entrance. Washrooms are located on the main floor of the venue.
There are two theatre spaces. Please be sure to confirm which theatre you should be in when you pick up your ticket at box office.
Seating is general admission. Please be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes ahead of show start time to be sure you get the seats(s) of your choice
Comedy Bar does not guarantee group seating and is not responsible for holding seats for parties that do not arrive before show start.
All ticket prices include HST unless otherwise stated
Performers use microphones.
The use of smoke machines and strobe, flashing lights or lasers may occur during performances
