Uh oh. The MD just started playing and everyone’s looking to you to sing a song. But you have no idea what to sing. Who is my character? Do I have a POV? What is music? This workshop will help you quickly find a comedic premise for your improvised song so you can start with confidence. Learn how to find depth and hidden meanings in the first few lines of your song. Practice building choruses that succinctly and cleverly sum everything up. And learn how to avoid repeating yourself and recapping the scene we just saw. By the end of this four-hour workshop you will be a song premise generating machine, capable of lifting cars and bending time.
