DESCRIPTION

Improv isn’t just about being funny on stage, it’s about learning how to be present, find your voice, grow confidence, take risks, and trust yourself. This class uses the tools of improvisational theatre to support personal growth in a supportive, low pressure environment.

Through improv games and exercises, you’ll explore ideas like embracing mistakes, letting go of perfection, being present, and supporting others. The focus is less on performance and more on how improv skills can translate into everyday life, helping you feel more comfortable with uncertainty and reconnect with play.
