Freddie Rivas


Freddie Rivas is a comedian, actor, podcaster and puppeteer from Toronto. Freddie has previously taught physical comedy at Second City, Comedy Bar and Humber College. Credits include audience warm-up for CBC's Family Feud Canada seasons 3 & 4, as well as Crave's Roast Battles Canada seasons 1 through 4. Freddie has been on TV! Catch him on CBC’s True Dating Stories, Bit Playas and According To Kids, Bell Media's The Beaverton, NBA TV’s The Line Up and as a writer on Roku's "Doomlands" season 2. He has performed in some fun festivals including Just For Laughs, JFL42, Field Trip, Spur, Puppets UP!, and NXNE, amongst others. Freddie is the co-creator and co-host of the Canadian Comedy Award winning live show, "Rapp Battlez" at the Comedy Bar.  Freddie is also the host and creator of "Confederacy of Dunks" a Raptors/NBA podcast on Raptors Republic and the co-creator of the "The Pick Up - A WNBA Podcast", winners of two Canadian Podcast Awards.  He's having a good time and he hopes you are too!
