Born in Uganda and residing in Toronto, Arthur has garnered accolades and laughter from audiences in countries all over the world over the past decade. He has been invited to perform at the renowned Canadian Just For Laughs comedy festival nine times, and has appeared on CBC Television, HBO, the Kevin Hart’s LOL Network and the CTV Comedy Channel.
