DESCRIPTION

Over the course of 9 weeks you'll delve into essential scene types, focus on the keys to establishing a strong premise and learn the value of efficient rewrites and punch-ups. Explore advanced techniques in creating unique characters and worthwhile callbacks and payoffs. 

Raise the stakes in your writing and leave this course with a portfolio of high-caliber sketches you can take anywhere! 

The final class of Pro Sketch Writing will culminate in a live table read with veteran comedy performers and industry experts. Get your work seen by working professionals!

PREREQUISITES

This class is by submission only. Applicants must be a graduate of Advanced Sketch Writing or an equivalent sketch program or have 3+ years of industry experience to be eligible.
