DESCRIPTION

Over 11 weeks, members will work under expert guidance using real-world writers' room techniques to write, rehearse, and perform an original one-act sketch show inspired by all things spooky, supernatural, and downright scary at the Comedy Bar Danforth. From ghosts and monsters to horror tropes and Halloween traditions, participants will collaborate to bring Toronto its most frightfully funny sketch comedy show yet!

Please Note: Material created in The Troupe: Halloween Sketch program remains the property of the students who wrote it. Future use and/or licensing of the revue presented as a whole (or more than 50%) is open to discussion on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Comedy Bar leadership.

Price: $450.00 + Tax

PREREQUISITES

This class is by Audition only. Applicants must be a graduate of a comedy program or have 3+ years of industry experience to be eligible.

Deadline to submit: Monday, August 10th at midnight.
